Mock Exams
Cambridge Clinical UCAT Mock Exams
Cambridge Clinical has created a suite of five fully-authentic mock exams. A further five mocks will be added later in the 2025 UCAT cycle, making a total of 10.
The mocks have been designed to replicate as closely as possible the actual UCAT exam, and follow the revised format introduced in 2025. In each mock, therefore, you will be presented with 44 Verbal Reasoning, 35 Decision Making, 36 Quantitative Reasoning and 69 Situational Judgement questions, using the same numbers of sub-types as you will encounter in the real thing.
The platform has been built to give you a wholly authentic experience, so our mocks are timed in exactly the same way as the UCAT itself, and each mock is a continuous exam, just like the real thing.
At the end of each mock, receive an estimated UCAT score and Situational Judgement band (though please note that we do not have access to the actual algorithm used by Pearson Vue for the actual UCAT exam, so our scores are only an estimate).
Receive automatic feedback at the end, and check where you went wrong by checking answers, in order to improve your performance. Perhaps use our Question Bank to practise your weak areas, then attempt another mock to see if you have improved.
The mock exams have all been written by University of Cambridge medical students, and represent the range of difficulty – from easy to hard – experienced in the UCAT exam.
Importantly, we want to cater for Access Arrangement students, so our mocks are available in every one of the additional time version of the UCAT that it is possible to sit, with the timer and instructions adjusted accordingly in each case. All mock exams are available in the following formats:

OnVUE UCATSENSA | 170 minutes 15 seconds, including 25% additional time and fixed 6 minute 15 second instruction sections before each subset of questions. |
UCATSEN50 / OnVUE UCATSEN50 | 173 minutes, for candidates eligible for 50% additional time. |
UCATSENSA50 | 173 minutes, including 50% additional time, plus up to 30 minutes pause-the-clock rest breaks. |
