Still got questions?FAQsHow can I pay for my subscription?We accept payment, via our website secure payment link, from most debit and credit cards (excluding American Express) and via PayPal.What do I do if my card payment is not accepted?Try reopening the page, or try another card, or use PayPal.How do I access content, once I have paid my subscription?As soon as your payment is processed, confirmation will be automatically sent to the purchasing email address. You then have immediate access to the content you have purchased, which will be found by logging in to your account.Can I cancel my subscription and obtain a refund?We are unable to offer refunds on subscriptions to the Question Bank and Mock Examinations, as access to both is available immediately on payment. We are happy to provide full refunds on all courses and tuition, providing that a minimum of 14 days’ notice is given.What is included in the purchase price of your courses?The purchase price covers all teaching and associated resources / handouts. For in-person courses, it also includes light refreshments, but it does not include lunch, which can be purchased from the many local shops and supermarkets in Cambridge. For in-person courses, you will also need to pay for your transport to and from Cambridge.Can I change the date of the course I have booked?Yes, just send us an email with your order number and the alternative date you would like to attend. If your request is made more than 14 days before the course date you have already booked, we will happily move you to another date free of charge, as long as there is space available on the alternative date you have chosen. If your request to change date is made between 7 and 14 days before the course date you have already booked, we will move you to another date, as long as there is space available on the alternative date you have chosen, but we reserve the right to charge a £25 administration fee for doing so. We are unable to offer alternative dates where less than 7 days notice is given.How will I join my live online course?Our online courses are delivered via Zoom, and you will need to download the App in good time. If you have not previously used Zoom, we recommend you spend some time familiarising yourself with its features – particularly the ‘mute’ and ‘video’ buttons, so that you are able to contribute fully. In the days before the course, a Zoom link will be emailed to joining link will be emailed to the purchasing email address (which may be different to the student email address). Please ensure you check your junk inbox for this email as it may have gone directly there.Help! I have not received my Zoom link. What do I do?If you have not received your Zoom link by 48hrs before the start of your course, please email us your order number and a telephone number and we will sort it out for you.How do I join in-person courses?Our in-person courses are delivered in central Cambridge, in either a University lecture theatre, or in the seminar rooms of one of the colleges. Details of the precise location of your course will be included in the booking confirmation emailed to the purchasing email address. If you are coming to Cambridge by train, please, note that the main station is located a 20-30 minute walk (or a short bus ride) from the central university lecture theatres, so please ensure you leave sufficient time.Help! I have not received my in-person course joining instructions. What do I do?If you have not received your joining instructions by 7 days before the date of your course, please email us your order number and a telephone number and we will sort it out for you.Can I cancel my booking and obtain a refund?We are happy to provide full refunds on all courses and tuition, providing that a minimum of 14 days’ notice is given.When does 1-2-1 tutoring take place?After purchasing UCAT Tutoring, we will contact you within 3 days to put you in direct contact with your allocated tutor, and you can then arrange a mutually convenient time to meet. All tutoring is conducted online.Can I choose whether I have a male or a female tutor?We hope you will be happy with whichever of our excellent tutors is assigned to you, but please let us know if you have particular requirements and we will do out best to accommodate. Similarly, if for whatever reason you feel you are not getting on as well as expected with your tutor, please contact us to let us know and we will allocate a new tutor to you.Can I cancel/rearrange a tuition session I have arranged?Yes, you can, providing you contact your tutor directly, giving them at least 24hrs notice. ‘No shows’, and sessions cancelled with less than 24hrs notice, will be charged at the full rate. Exceptionally, a Tutor may need to cancel or rearrange a session, in which case no charge is made.How do I give you feedback?We very much welcome feedback. If you have any ideas on how we can do things better, please contact us.Can I use my mobile to do your mock exams and question bank?Yes, you can use a mobile phone to view and use our materials, but we do not recommend it.
